My husband and I met Fralana Latham after she contacted me to setup a tour of houses we wanted to see. She was very professional in all aspects. My husband and I viewed a house we knew would satisfy our needs. We were not able to meet the closing date and Fralana worked with the seller and made it possible for me and my husband to rent the house until closing on it. Fralana contacted all departments and used her money to make sure all utilities were turned on. She helped me in everything needed to purchase this house. She is the best realtor I've worked it in selling and buying.
