I was an out of state seller who was lucky enough to stumble across Fran while looking for an agent to help sell the family home in Hudson, Fl. The home Fran sold was owned by more than 1 family member and Fran was immediately thrown into the family drama. She was a total professional and handle all parties fairly, negotiating bewteen us at times as if a paid attorney. Because of Fran's knowledge of the local housing market we had 3 full price offers within 1 week of listing the property. Our family drama cost Fran a tiring 8 months of time, but at no time did she lose her professionalism from the constant drama she had to endure. We sold our home a couple of months ago and Karen Van Sickle handled the whole process for us. She listed our home and 4 days later had a signed contract on it. She helped us find our current home and took care of everything involved in the purchase. If we had a question, she jumped on it immediately, answering the question or finding out for us the answer.
