Fran Hoover

Fran Hoover has been listing and selling residential real estate since 1986. In addition to this activity, Fran owns and operates a training company, Leading Edge Real Estate Training & MCE, through which she teaches basic real estate courses, and does TREC-approved MCE classes plus Legal & Ethics MCE for legal hours. Fran loves to read, write real estate courses, and just "be there" to help other agents who have questions about contracts, negotiating techniques, and or more general real estate questions. Personally: Fran has been married to Ernie Hoover since 1975, and writes and teaches Bible courses at her local church. She and Ernie have five grandchildren. She was with KW from 1995 to 2003; has again joined KW (as of October 2012).
