Fran's Bio:

I was born and raised in a military family. So, I know how to get the job done! I have been married to the same wonderful man over 40 years. Although our family traveled with the military, I will always consider Columbia my hometown.

I received my Real Estate license here in 2002.

Prior to coming to work at Century 21, I was the office manager for Gibbs Real Estate’s Columbia office for ten years. I am able to do foreclosures and general properties. I work hard to negotiate the best properties for the best prices.

09/03/2013 - user98039957 Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Irmo, SC. WOW , talk about a professional who really knows her stuff, you can not go wrong with Fran. She met us several times at different houses, explaining the process the whole time. Since we were 1st time buyers , we were afraid we could/would get lost in the process. But God, sent Fran Smith. She was patient and kind with all our many questions, then she even went to the closing and helped there also! Fran is the best, we closed in time to get our only daughter in the Irmo school system in time for her 1st day.. we got settled in just fine. She has even called back to make sure we did not need anything else. She goes over and beyond what we had ever hoped and dreamed for. She is the BEST!!!
