My dad always told me, "make sure you have an excellent doctor, an excellent lawyer, and an excellent dentist. You don't need anything to go wrong." Well he should have included an EXCELLENT real estate agent. Fran helped us through every step the way in purchasing our home in Nashville, and advised us in the sale of our property in Louisiana. She stuck with us for close to a year. I would highly recommend her to EVERYONE!

Fran is the best!! As a first time home buyer I had a million questions during the home search, offer process, and closing. Fran was quick to answer all of them and made the entire purchase easy. She worked with my low (for Nashville) budget and she verbalized any concerns she had about a house instead of trying to sell me on any property. Even after the purchase she has followed up with me to make sure everything is going well. I 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a home but especially to first time buyers!

8/17/2014 Annagiles-Bought a home in Gallatin TN ...We recently moved to TN from out of state and had a wonderful experience with Fran as our agent. Our search originally started in the Chattanooga area and thankfully our agent there referred us to Fran. She was very patient with us as we took our time looking all around the Nashville area before we ended up buying our dream home out in Gallatin. She cheerfully logged the miles with us and helped us through the process. I enjoyed being around her both personally and professionally. She asked good questions to selling agents, and I really felt like she had our interests at the top of her list. I would wholeheartedly recommend Fran to anyone.

5/8/2017 Troy Howell- Bought SFH in Spring Hill TN Fran was very helpful and assisted us with all aspects of our home purchase. she made sure she stayed in our budget, and found us houses that fit what we were looking for. She was even patient when we were indecisive on which direction to go. We bought a new construction house, and Fran kept in touch with the builder and agent to make sure that our timeline was met, and closing did not get delayed. 7/1/2016 Patrick P- SOL SFH in Pegram, TN Fran was great to work with, very responsive to communication and eager to go the extra mile to make sure we were successful in the sale of my home. She helped guide me (1st time seller) through the whole process including all the necessary steps, timelines, and everything in between. She helped set the tone for the entire process by displaying her knowledge and expertise in the field, and I was able to be largely hands off. That was beneficial to me, because OI was transferring for work, and had to report there before the property closed. She even managed to take a bachelor's home (read as:no decorations, no reasonable furniture) and make it look great for the showings. She drummed up plenty of interest, and within a week we were discussing a handful of offers.

She sold a house for me and if the showing was during my working hours, she would prep the house and take care of everything...even my dogs! She is very knowledgeable and is a straight shooter. Really gives personal attention in a business that sometimes feels very impersonal. When I moved back to Nashville and was still in another state, Fran would look for houses that fit my needs and personality. 8/17/2014 ronaldwross- Bought a home in Lebanon TN ...We were relocating to the Nashville area and Fran was referred to us by my relocation company. This turned out to be the only positive part of the process for us, but that is a long story for another time. Fran Started out by contacting us the day she was referred, and the other broker the relocation company recommended never even contacted us.She started working with us in February by asking what we were looking for. She sent listings that matched our wishes and we scheduled the first week of March to look for a home. The market for what we were looking for was moving fast, and none of the listings we wanted to see were available at that time. This did not deter Fran, and she went to work finding homes for us to view. We looked at many homes until we finally found the one for us in June. I kidded Fran many times that she was going to need a new set of tires when she was done with us. She was tireless, persistent, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely patient with us. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Broker that has your best interests at heart.

9/5/2017-trezendes -Bought and Sold SFH in Pegram, TN ...Fran was absolutely wonderful during the sale of my home! She went above and beyond when it came to my questions, and even took her own professional looking pictures so that we could list my house more quickly without having to wait for the professional pics to dome in! She recommended several professional companies to help me with miscellaneous things, such as an inspector, pool inspector,painter, etc. Beyond that, she was always positive, never made me feel like I was bothering here with all my questions,and sold my house within 24 HOURS! Fran Stevenson!!!! This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. She has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly.
