Frances Crossley is an accomplished commercial real estate broker with deep expertise in the Austin–Round Rock–Williamson County MSA. As the leader of Crossley Commercial Real Estate Group, she represents buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across office, land, retail, industrial, and investment properties.
Over the course of her career, Frances has facilitated several landmark transactions, including brokering the sale of the 55,000 SF former Albertson’s building for the Pflugerville ISD Administration office, playing a key role in the Kalahari Water Park & Resort, and leasing over 115,000 SF at Crystal Falls Commerce. Her major development experience includes The Villas at Chandler Creek, Legends Village, and The Shops of Legends Village, along with numerous large-scale land acquisitions throughout Central Texas.
Her track record of success has earned national recognition. Frances was awarded the KW Commercial Triple Crown, placing 1st in two of three categories, with more than $54 million in closed volume as an individual in 2021. That same year, she ranked 6th nationally for KW Commercial and achieved the distinction of being the #1 Producer in the State of Texas.
