Francie Baroody

Originally from Upstate New York, Francie moved to Virginia to attend James Madison University where she received a BBA in Marketing. After college, Francie put her degree to use and was successful in the areas of corporate brand management, interactive marketing, and national online advertising sales. She conceived, developed, and executed a plan for a successful, upscale children's furniture boutique that opened in Historic Leesburg, which she later sold. She moved on to become a Vice President of Business Development in a national bank, while nurturing her desire to restore properties and dabble in real estate through her rental properties. Forever interested in real estate, Francie invested in properties mostly as a hobby, while raising two strong daughters with her husband, Phil. That hobby grew into a going concern as she sharpened her real estate knowledge of the Northern Virginia area through restoring residential properties and learning more about the different counties therein. It was at that point where she decided to make this passion her career. The very nature of Francie's style lies in her collaboration with her clients. Gaining an understanding of their goals and aligning them with both a personal and professional touch, Francie separates herself from others in her field by applying her experience to each and every client she serves. In her spare time, Francie enjoys traveling, baking, yoga, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
