Francine joined the team at Active Adults Realty in 2018 as a REALTOR® with prior experience working as a REALTOR® in Northern Virginia.
Francine started her career on Long Island, New York, at the Federal Housing Administration and then worked for the Air Force as a civilian. After leaving Long Island in 1992, she stayed at home to care for her four children. Once her children were grown, she returned to the workforce as a Flight Attendant and later as a Customer Service Agent for ten years with United Airlines at Dulles International Airport. In 2006, she went to work as an Events Coordinator at Professional & Scientific Associates, Inc. (“PSA”), a global event Logistics services company, for six years. During her time at PSA, she provided organization support for meetings and conferences, and coordinated events with some of the nation’s largest healthcare agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Institutes of Health, and the Division of Transplantation within the Department of Health and Human Services. In 2011, she decided to pursue real estate. She became a licensed REALTOR® in Northern Virginia, which allowed her to combine her customer service skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with her love of home design and decorating.
Francine relocated to Lewes, Delaware, in 2013. She came across Lewes while searching for places to retire and instantly fell in love with its quaint main street, and beautiful homes and beaches. She also loved that it is perfectly located between her four grown children who currently live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Frederick, Maryland – and it reminds her of the beaches of Long Island, where she grew up.
Francine enjoys spending time with her children and three grandsons and stays active by biking to Rehoboth and practicing yoga. She loves the beaches and nature of Delaware – both of which she hopes to share with others as a REALTOR® with Active Adults Realty.
