My family came to work with Francine at random but the match could not have been more fortuitous. Our multi-generational household’s unique requirements were instantly understood by Francine. She was endlessly patient and had an intuitive understanding of our priorities which allowed us to see only those properties that would meet our needs without wasting anyone’s time or energy in the midst of a pandemic and a difficult market for buyers.

Francine was always thoughtful and persistent, and her rapport with my mother-in-law and ability to communicate with her effectively in a way that made her feel understood and heard in the transaction, was something we valued tremendously. Mom never felt dismissed and her questions were always heard and answered thoroughly and respectfully.

Francine Filice worked with my family on finding a rental during the summer of 2020. It was a very stressful time for our family as our need for a larger living space was both dire and time sensitive. Francine made us feel like we were always a priority and worked with us 7 days a week to find a destination that would meet our needs. Everyday, we would send listings back and forth, compare notes and schedule showings. I would reach out to Francine well beyond the standard 9-5 work day and was amazed that no matter what time or day of the week it was, I would always receive a response almost immediately.

Despite knowing how time sensitive our purchase was, Francine never made us feel rushed into settling for a property that did not meet our needs. Additionally, she was always exceedingly honest when I would ask her opinions during each showing. Any time we felt anxious about the various stresses of moving, Francine reassured, guided and advised us in a way that felt like we were working with family as much as we were working with a broker.
