I'll tell you why. I was an aerospace engineer for over 25 years and I am very analytical. I used those mathematical talents to go to appraisal school and learn how to price out homes for both purchase and sale. I am usually spot on when it comes to pricing for a sale and offers for a purchase.

I was educated in the northeast and have lived in this area for 20 years. I have watched the surrounding communities grow and change.

I also will hold your hand through the whole process often hand delivering paperwork or taking calls at 10 at night. I try to make my customers comfortable with the process they are going through. After all, you don't buy or sell a house every day.
