Francis is truly a God send. Kind, thorough, patient, funny and well rounded young man. I can say enough thank you’s in regards to his assistance with finding, vetting, interviewing, creating packages for us to review when we were searching for prospective tenants. In addition to helping us find tenants for two of our rental units in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.

Francis continues to remain in contact with us following up when he doesn’t have too. Corcoran you did a fine job at acquiring this GREAT Agent to be on the team. Looking forward to recommending Francis to any of my family and friends that are in need of an exceptional Agent.

Francis has been nothing but a perfect professional. I do not live in the country and through his help I was able to rent my apartment very quickly. I never felt the geographical distance was a problem, he was always available, kept me up to date on the process. I highly recommend working with Francis.

Francis is exceptional, plain and simple! First, I had no idea where to start in hiring a broker. I reached out to like 5 brokers I just found online, and immediately, Francis was responsive and attentive. I had very particular needs as a buyer, and Francis easily adjusted to those needs. I took a bit to find the perfect place, passing on places that were 'close' but off in some minor ways, Eventually, we found practically the exact place I had described to him in our first meeting, and Francis was extremely organized as we closed. He helped me make an offer below asking but one we thought was fair given our research. It was accepted, which saved me very real money. During closing, he stayed on top of things, allowing me to keep stress low and confidence high in the decision. Genuinely couldn't recommend him enough!

Having just moved across the country, I didn’t know how to handle the complexities of searching for a home in New York. Francis was able to identify listings that suited my conditions and even spent a day taking me through the surrounding areas so I could get a better sense of day to day life. Francis was also very attentive to and understanding of many of the questions I had, having not been to New York (locations, proximity to trains, stores, social life etc.) Ultimately Francis was able to help me secure a place within my budget and that suits my every day needs. I’d highly recommend him to anyone seeking help with housing and rentals in NYC.

I would highly recommend Francis for anyone this is looking for a real estate professional. I first used him to find an apartment; he was thorough, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He listened to my needs, and we found a place on our first day of looking. Three year later when I was relocated for work, Francis helped me sublease my place. Once again, the process was smooth and quick. He’s always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend him to anyone!
