I began my real estate career in 2004 as a Mortgage Loan processor in Los Angeles, and quickly immersed myself in the business, constantly navigating Conventional, FHA and Non-QM Loans. I am a Loan Officer and a Real Estate Agent licensed in the state of California. Having a background in mortgage loans has been the key to guide my buyers, resulting in a smooth and successful financing process.

During the past 19 years, I have navigated the different market trends, and changes from the bubble market in 2005 to the 2008 recession, and quickly adjusted to the rapidly changing loan guidelines that occurred after the 2020 Pandemic. While working with Real Estate Investors during the 2008 recession, I learned to maximize profit & reduce expenses during the sale process. Currently I apply this learning experience when working with sellers, aiming always to keep their maximum net profit.
