Frank is a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Agent with Keller Williams Real Estate, bringing a wealth of knowledge from various aspects of the real estate industry. His journey began at The Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades, where he graduated as class president in 1999, earning an Associate in Specialized Technology Degree as a Construction Technician. This solid foundation in construction set the stage for his successful career in real estate.


Frank's real estate journey began with property investments, where he honed his skills in rentals and property flips. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in building properties from the ground up, along with expertise in estimating, managing, and negotiating transactions across a diverse portfolio that includes single-family homes, multi-family units, and multi-use properties.


In 2005, Frank transitioned to the mortgage industry, working for a prominent mortgage company where he quickly became the highest producing mortgage professional. This role provided him with a deep understanding of financial strategies related to purchasing and refinancing properties, as well as exposure to creative financing methods and 1031 exchanges.


Following the recession of 2008, he joined a title company, where he learned the intricacies of title work—from processing initial requests to pulling titles and finalizing HUD-1 statements. His exceptional performance helped the company expand its client base from six to over 200 in less than a year.


With a multifaceted background in construction, financing, title work, and wholesaling, Frank is well-equipped to assist clients in all aspects of buying and selling homes. His motivation for becoming a licensed real estate professional stems from a desire to integrate his extensive knowledge to enhance the client experience, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
