Frank sold two homes for me in a 90 day period. And helped me purchase my current home. I had dabbled with three celebrity Realtors over the previous year on the largest property, but with all three all the service came with securing the listing - after that I was on my own!! On the other hand, I could not have been more impressed, or in better hands than with Frank.

He owns the whole process, start to finish -- from valuing to giving advice on preparation to sell, to negotiation, to finalization. All aspects of his listings of my properties were spectacular. Stunning photography (utilizing all the new methods), a compelling write-up and 100% accuracy. His on-site marketing materials were perfect - direct and appropriate. His efforts to find buyers were really impressive, even contacting agents to tell THEM they had clients who had ""favorited"" the listing. From there his follow-up was impeccable.

I felt like he was in total control the whole time and his advice was appropriate, but measured.

I experienced his expertise in selling two higher-priced homes and buying a third. He's the real deal!! Contact him.

We have only worked with Frank in the purchasing of our first home. He worked hard to help us find exactly what we wanted at the price point we needed often requiring weekends and evenings. He was a strong advocate for us as his client, and took care of the negotiation on our behalf which ultimately landed us in a house that was more than what we originally thought we would be able to get into. Frank is absolutely the best. He has superior knowledge and expertise, but that is only the beginning. Frank is an extraordinarily hard worker and kept the process moving at all times. Frank was very resourceful, providing me with referrals for contractors and in some cases making direct arrangements for me. Frank gave me very good advice about what to spend on the property to make it salable and good advice about what price to list it at. I have worked with other realtors over the years, and none of them tops Frank.
