About Frank

Frank Delzompo is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Officer. He started as an Infantry Officer (a.k.a. "Grunt,") and later served as a Judge Advocate (military attorney), and retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel after twenty years on active duty. Growing up, he saw his parents use investment real estate as a way to build wealth, and while still on active duty, he and his wife Lisa earned their California Brokers’ Licenses. Upon retiring from the Corps, he and Lisa began a career as Real Estate Brokers. In early 2007 they started Sand to Sea Properties, Inc. with the goal of helping as many families as build wealth and maximize their benefits through real estate. Over the years they have helped thousands of clients buy, sell, rent, & exchange real properties throughout southern California. Though still licensed with the California Bar Association, Frank prefers helping clients with Real Estate over the practice of law.
