About Frank

Frank DeRonja helps clients navigate the purchase and sale of real estate. After more than a decade in the industry and hundreds of transactions, his core business comes from very happy repeat clients and their referrals. Frank’s expertise covers the Triangle area of North Carolina and all types of real property and land.

After seven years as a top producing agent, Frank founded DeRonja Real Estate in 2010 and has grown the firm in reputation and size by always putting clients and his agents first. Frank continues to assist his clients while serving as the principal broker of the firm.

Frank shares his passion for building strong relationships within the industry and community through his service and leadership in the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, as well as his church.

Frank’s wife Cristin DeRonja is Executive Director of SAFEchild, a non-profit child abuse prevention agency in Wake County. Frank and Cristin live in Raleigh and have four children: Frank III, Josie, Emily, and Roland.
