I was lucky that Frank answered a cold call from me when I was entertaining the idea of purchasing a second home. He acted first on what I thought I needed, happily chasing every lead until I shared with him my overall goals. He made a recommendation that was quite a bit different but definitely better suited to reach my goals. Then, I managed to find the most complicated piece of property and Frank patiently led the effort to work through all the issues. Despite the issues being overall manageable, improper management could have very easily resulted in the deal not going through. If I had used another agent, I’m confident that is exactly what would have happened. He not only persisted, but he connected me with the right people to make sure all issues were resolved and my transaction was both smooth and structured appropriately. As a result, I not only closed on the property last week but I felt confident in the transaction as he made sure every detail handled and optimized.

Frank Ferro was a great advocate during my home-selling process. I was trying to sell my southside "fixer upper" during the winter. Needless to say, there were quite a few challenges, but he worked diligently to meet my needs and wants while offering sage advice throughout. He also kept me informed every step of the way.
