Frank is a retired U.S. Navy CWO4 (BOS’N) who was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in South Philadelphia. After enlisting in the U.S. Navy in 1974 he was assigned to Virginia Beach VA, and has been his family’s home for the past 40 years. Frank’s 30 years of management, leadership and problem solving skills enable him to provide guidance, advise and counsel to his clients. Frank has more than 16 years of real estate experience assisting his clients with the purchase and sale of Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Portsmouth homes.
Frank's knowledge of Virginia Beach and other local area real estate markets, coupled with his real estate experience, leadership, dedication, and with his knowledge and experience in real estate contract writing, and negotiations have been instrumental to many families. His customer service is second to none. He is both goal oriented and goal driven and believes that “your success is my success”.
In Frank's off time, he enjoys spending time with family, and friends, golfing, and practice shooting. He is a member of The Kempsville Masonic lodge 196 and enjoys fellowship and friendship there. His passion is helping others get what they want and need from their real estate purchases and sale of their homes.
