Frank Franco

A resident of Stafford County since 1973, Frank began investing in real estate in 1976 and obtained a brokers license in 1982. After several affiliations with franchised real estate companies, Frank started Park Hill Properties, Inc. in 1997, a general brokerage real estate firm with a specialty in residential real estate property management.

Frank is a member of National Association of Realtors (NAR), Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR), Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors (FAAR), National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Metropolitan Regional Information System (MRIS).

Interests include investing in real estate, racquetball, bicycling, boating and projects around the home. Frank recently earned a private pilot’s license at Shannon Airport and is pursuing an IFR rating.
