About FRANK
A fourth generation Benton County Oregonian, Frank loves what he does and it shows.
An Associate Realtor since 1988 and a Broker since 1991, Frank’s early marketing experience
in retail sales, the time he spent as a jack-of-all trades in small market radio, and the years
he spent as Assistant Director at Crook County Library in Central Oregon have all contributed
to his acquiring the necessary skills to be a very successful Realtor.
“I doubt there are many occupations that require the range of abilities that real estate demands,” Frank says, “and that’s something that really keeps it fresh and interesting. But
as much as the industry has changed through the years, with new technologies and market
challenges, the most important core values are as important today as they have ever been:
work hard, be honest, treat all parties of the transaction fairly, stay informed as to current
market trends, and enjoy what you do.”
Frank’s considerable experience and his steady approach to every aspect of the real estate
transaction have made him especially popular with first-time home buyers.
“I remember when Lolly and I bought our first home, how excited we were and what a great
feeling it was. I don’t think there’s anything more satisfying than helping first-time buyers
find and acquire their first home.”
Frank’s extensive experience in developing rural residential properties, when he and Lolly
owned and operated High Desert Realty in Central Oregon, for many years, gives him insight
into every aspect of developing bare land.
“Granted it takes more time and effort,” Frank says, “but for those who want to put forth
the effort, there is something very special and gratifying about taking a piece of bare land
and making it what you envision it to be.”
Let Frank’s experience, enthusiasm, and steady approach, in your next real estate
transaction, guide you to an enjoyable and satisfying conclusion.
Lolly, Frank’s loving wife and guiding light for 34 years, passed away in June of 2008.
Frank has two grown children; daughter Anneliese, son Wyman, and 3 grandchildren.
In his rare spare time Frank enjoys working in the garden and orchard at his small acreage in
Lewisburg, reading, collecting books, and spending time with his family and friends.
