Frank took care of us from day one! He listened to our needs and wants, but also helped us keep our expectations realistic. We looked at A LOT of houses, but it never seemed to bother him how many times we went out. Ultimately we decided on a new build that Frank held our hands through the whole process. Let me start off by saying we had one of the best experiences! Frank was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout this whole process. Frank was so determined to find us the home, always willing and available at any time or day to look at homes with us. He genuinely enjoys helping people find their dream home. Once we decided to put an offer in, Frank had our offer written up and ready to go right away. He also followed up with the selling agent to ensure we had an idea of when we would be hearing back from the selling agent. Not only was our offer accepted at $15,000 lower than asking price but Frank was able to get all of our closing costs covered. He negotiated closing costs based off of repairs that needed to be done on the home. I can confidently say that because of Frank we paid significantly less than what we were expecting. We are now able to use that extra money to renovate and make it into our dream home!
