It was a pleasure working with Mr. Maglio. He guided my parents and I with all that we would need in order to proceed with the application process. He was a phone call and text message away. Frank showed us the apartment twice! He had no problem in doing so which was great! I am definitely making sure to keep his email and number on sight for future questions.

When my husband and I were in a difficult situation and needed to move into a new home asap, Frank was there to facilitate not only the difficult search but was diligent to make sure our closing was as smooth as possible. Working with Frank was amazing! I am very happy to meet him. He went above and beyond to help us find the right place. He is very enthusiasm and his personality is incredible! Really hard to find his kind of professionalism. He adjusted to the time I was able to see apartments even at night time and when he got me an appt for a day time I was not able to make it and he went and do a walk through video which made go and see it in person and definitely rented. Very caring person and he is the one that would help you find what you really are looking for. Definitely recommend him for everyone looking a home!

We had the opportunity to work with Frank and he is utterly wonderful to work with! My fiancé and I decided to look for a home to rent, and we didn’t know which realtor to work with. I was disappointed with previous realtors (and tenants) Until Frank Maglio assured me with confidence that he would find the right tenant for me. He did go through a bunch of prospective clients, warning me of their negative qualities. Then he found the perfect tenant, they have been residing here for over a year now, renewed the lease a few months ago and both of us couldn't be happier.
