Frank Parks is a Delaware Native and has been a top producer since 1994, receiving many local awards and has been nationally recognized by Realtor Magazine as one the top agents in the country. Frank opened Home Team Realty in 2002 and his team have closed over 1500 transactions. In 2017, Home Team Realty has joined forces with CENTURY 21 to combine local service and knowledge with the most well known brand in real estate. His wife of 25 years, Leigh Ann is a partner in the business and CFO. They have 2 children; Zak is 2016 graduate of Clemson University and currently a software engineer and partner in Tidewater Investments LLC. Hailey graduated with honors from Old Dominion University in 2018 and currently teaches special education middle school math. Their company philosophy is "We get what we give."
