About Frank

Frank Rizzi manages the West Covina office and has been in real estate since 1988. Growing up in the business has given him a wide perspective of real estate investment. While attending Loyola Marymount University, he worked as an assistant property manager for Hearthside Apartments in West Los Angeles, and purchased his first property in Bakersfield California.

After receiving a BA in Business Administration in 1991, while attempting to climb the corporate ladder at Farmer's Insurance, he started to buy and sell properties for his own portfolio with outstanding results.

In 1996 he obtained his broker's license, which provided better education and opportunities in the Real Estate Industry. To date he has brokered over 50 million in real estate transactions and manages approximately 22 retail, office, and apartment buildings.
