He had a lot of obstacles that had to be dealt with and was very professional and helpful with his knowledge of real estate and the process we had to go through with probate court, attorney's and even getting someone out of the home in order to get it sold. Great service, very team oriented, appreciate the quick response when I called. Was given detailed comparative land prices from sales in the area. They provided for sale signs, did a great job with photos of the property and the drone video was well done. Very satisfied with the promotion of my property. Waiting for interest rates to fall to bring the market back. Not interested in lowering my price. Speculating land sales to rebound with lowering interest rates.
