Lifelong residents of Chicago, we live, work and play in the 'Second City.' Frank is a DePaul University graduate with a career history focused on marketing, sales and customer service. Susan is a graduate of the American Academy of Art, majoring in advertising and speaks Spanish.

Our specialty includes all areas of Residential Real Estate Sales and Rentals; from assisting first-time Buyers and Sellers, to those who may be on their 2nd or 3rd move. Having worked with clients from 6 countries we understand the needs of those who are relocating too.

Our reputation is founded on client advocacy, stressing honesty, sound guidance, trust and integrity. Guiding clients since 2001, we have built a strong knowledge base of Chicago neighborhoods, property values, buying/selling trends and negotiating techniques. We provide a straightforward and knowledgeable approach, being detailed with the market analysis.

If things get complicated, challenging or even tense due to things like inspections or loan approvals, we will be at your side and provide insights to make key decisions at various points.

We have a network of support services and can provide recommendations for handyman, lenders, attorneys and appraisers. Using current technology such as DocuSign and Google Drive, the tools supplement the personal touch and care that you’ll receive.
