Frank went above and beyond to assist us through the process of buying a new construction home! His time, knowledge and expertise were priceless! Frank was excellent at keeping the lines of communication open between us and the builder/seller. Through the long unfamiliar process of buying a new construction home, Frank was there every step of the way. He always answered and responded to every phone call and email. Frank would also physically come to the property to ensure everything was going as planned. His honesty and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We could not have gotten through the process of building a new home without his support. I would highly recommend Frank as a real estate agent. He is a true pleasure to work with and I feel lucky to have had him as our agent.

I have purchased a number of properties with Frank over the past few years. Frank is the consummate professional who is always available and who routinely updates me on the most recent properties to come to the market that I am focusing on. He consistently provides me with the most up to date information on pricing and value for the market and does a very nice job representing me through all aspects of the purchase. He is also not afraid to provide me with negative information regarding a potential purchase even though it may impact my purchasing the property. I rarely if ever recommend anyone but have no problem recommending Frank as I believe that he is a true professional.

Frank Schiavone is an exceptional and experienced realtor, and I highly recommend his services. His diligence, knowledge, professionalism, and patience meant the world to me with my recent home purchase. I was a first-time home buyer, which is a scary process. A quality that I liked best about Frank, is that he was always able to answer my endless questions about various aspects of the home buying process (negotiations, home inspection, locations etc). If he didn’t know the answer, which he usually did, he would find out and get back to me right away. I felt very comfortable working with Frank and knew that he always had my best interests in mind. Another added perk to working with Frank is that he is licensed in both NY and CT, and I was at first looking in both Westchester and Counties.
