Having spent nine years in mortgage loan servicing, Frank has switched sides on the real estate transaction and finds himself working for the seller rather than being the seller. Joining the Tranzon Integrity Partners team in April 08 reunites Frank with Steve Jax in an often humorous role-reversal. “Steve used to buy me lunch because he was auctioning my REOs. Now he buys me lunch because he’s putting me in a truck to drive two days conducting field work.”
“For seven years I was the guy who needed to get the REO out of his inventory. I understand the expectations and challenges placed on someone in that role. Now I want to leverage that experience to help build our business opportunities in the loan servicing arena.”
A native of the foothills of South Carolina, Frank has taken advantage of his nearby natural surroundings and worked for a whitewater rafting company and a trout hatchery. He has also plied his trade behind a desk working as a director of sales for a local hotel, and as legal services director for a mortgage loan servicer. “I describe these various career paths as ‘Indoor Frank’ and ‘Outdoor Frank.’ In the last year and half I built a house with my Dad, worked at a trout hatchery, gigged with a rock and roll band and coached a high school basketball team. Joining Tranzon allows me to merge the best aspects of my varied professional experiences.”
Frank lives in the shadow of the foothills of South Carolina with his wife of 20+ years, his college sophomore daughter and his high school senior son. His hiking boots, fly rod, and guitar are never far from reach.
