Frank Sublett was an outstanding agent. We met him first in June 2022 while we were exploring places to retire. He generously showed me and my wife the community and remained in contact with us. Ultimately, we decided to move to Winchester and he was attentive to our inquiries exploring the community for potential neighborhoods to live. His advice on choosing a home was insightful reflecting an understanding of our needs. He did not hesitate to ask for input from others when uncertain. His backup at Colony Realty was excellent. This was our fifth home purchase in the last 50 years and easily one of the best experiences in no small part thanks to Frank Sublett.
