He is a full-time licensed real estate agent in California, a Member of American Association of Realtors, a Member of California Realtors Association, and a Member of Arcadia Realtors Association.

Born in Shandong, China, Frank came to Los Angeles over 20 years ago. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, he was a college professor and the CEO of a publicly traded company’s subsidiary in China. He also holds a master's degree in business administration (MBA). He currently works in the Pinnacle Real Estate Group, one of the most elite Chinese American teams in the United States. Before that, he worked as a full-time real estate agent in Coldwell Banker, the largest real estate group company in the United States, where he continuously won the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award and International President's Circle Award.

He specializes in the sale and purchase of residential, land, and commercial real estate.
