Frank Weaver

Frank Weaver is a lifelong North Carolina resident, originally from Johnston County in Eastern NC. He began his career in apparel manufacturing and sales before transitioning into real estate. In 1980, Frank founded Weaver Development Co., Inc., focusing on residential and commercial development. He expanded his vision in 1985 with Weaver Commercial Properties, offering brokerage services for sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants. In 1988, he launched Weaver Homes, Inc., dedicated to residential construction.

Frank and his family have called Fayetteville home since 1979. With decades of experience and a deep commitment to the region, he continues to lead Weaver Companies in delivering trusted commercial and residential real estate services.
