Mr Williams is a reputable and knowledgeable professional in real state. He help us to get a home for our son in New Orleans. My advise to any buyer is check carefully the property and negociate to get a cushion in your favor in case something you did not expect result wrong, once you sign the closing you are in your own and it could cost you thouthands of dollars. I say that for personal experience.

Mr. Frank Williams is more than a realtor. He’s a financial educator! He believes in African Americans advancing themselves economically. He gives sound advice about the market. He walks with you throughout the process: inspection, negotiation, trends within the neighborhood. His assistant, Ms. Cheryl, is very thorough. She’s punctual and communicates very well. They both are attentive to what the customer wants and very well considers the customer’s price range. I’d highly recommend Parkway Realty.
