Hi, I would like to introduce myself and share a little bit about my life.
Franklin is a Broker, Realtor, and Notary with 10 years of experience in residential real estate with homes and investment properties in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Diego Counties.
Franklin was born in Saint Germain en Laye, France. His mother is French and his American father married her while serving in the military in France during WWII. When Franklin was young he traveled overseas in France, Portugal, Belgium, and Switzerland while visiting with his aunts and uncles. For the most part of his life Franklin was raised in Lakewood, California. Franklin attended Lakewood High School and graduated from the American School of Paris in Saint Cloud, France. He has 3 brothers and 1 sister.
Franklin married Margarita Elosegui while serving as a Baptist Missionary in Tijuana, Mexico. After 3 years of service as a missionary he started his family. He and his wife have raised a family of five children. Franklin and Margarita were recently blessed with their first grandchild from their Vietnamese daughter-in-law Mai and his youngest son Joseph. Franklin and Margarita raised their children to be hard workers and to value and respect all people. They exposed them to many different cultures and experiences while they were growing up. For the most part they are entrepreneurs and have started their own businesses.
Franklin has also served as an educator for many years at the NLMUSD. He is currently attending Church in Huntington Beach. Franklin enjoys reading, traveling, and learning different languages. He also enjoys camping at Yosemite, Banff, and Jasper in Canada.
Franklin earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University of Long Beach in 1988. Master of Arts Education Administration from California State University of Dominguez Hills in 1992. Franklin is fluent in Spanish and French.
Franklin is in the field of Real Estate as a service to others assisting them in finding the home of their dreams or in building their investment portfolios. Franklin is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Notary.
