Our experience selling our home couldn't have gone smoother. Frank was with us from beginning to end. He answered every text and email quickly and with clear communication. He provided resources for absolutely everything we needed; painters, movers, junk removal, HOA info to get a jumpstart on, and so much more. Any time we were struck with seller's anxiety, Frank was quick to qualm our fears and support us in every way. No matter what past negative experience someone may have with a realtor, I promise you that Frank would squelch that fear from your first meeting. There were also other team members who supported us as well. Clearly, Brooke Miller runs a team that love their job!!

We would use Frank for any and every real estate transaction if we could! He has helped us sell two houses and buy one, and we always felt comfortable and confident that we were in the best hands. For our most recent sale he helped us get a full price offer during a slower time of year and in a tough market. By the time we closed, we had moved out of state, and Frank did far more than anyone could ask to ensure the house was ready for showings, inspections, and ultimately for closing, when we were unavailable to handle those things. Frank McKinney is an incredible Realtor and we have had the gift of using him twice. He helped us sell our house and buy a new one in 2020 and just helped us sell again. This time, we were moving out of state and Frank went out of his way to help us in the process and make sure everything was taken care of as we had to leave before our house sold. He was always timely and quick to communicate with us and with potential buyers and buying realtors. He is incredibly knowledgable, credible, and trustworthy. We knew 100% that we were in the best hands. I can't say enough about how he went above and beyond to help us get our house ready and sold quickly. Not only that, he did things after we moved like check the mail and even clean a part of the kitchen before the new buyers came in.
