I have been in the market in the frantic period when the market was a sellers market and buyers had a very difficult time getting a house under contract, as well as the period when buyers called the shots and sellers owed more than their houses were worth—and I persevered. I’ve worked with sellers on houses that were underwater and had to short sale, as well as sellers who had plenty of equity in their homes. I have also worked with properties that had septic and wells, radon, termites, structural issues, basement and water issues, and a host of other issues that have to be resolved.
