Fred Darwich, a full time real estate professional. He started his real estate carrier in 1979. Fred''s expertise lies in selling and leasing investment properties throughout the Los Angeles County.
In 1985, Fred joined Century 21 where he was named one of the top real estate agents for several years in a row. During that time Fred represented both buyers and sellers in the sale of residential properties, office buildings and shopping centers. During the 1991-95 real estate crash Mr. Darwich represented buyers in bidding on RTC-owned properties such as Hotels, Office Buildings, shopping centers and regional malls.
In 1995, Fred secured his broker license and formed his own Company known as Darwich, Inc. From 1995-2003 Fred sold multiple homes, apartment complexes, shopping centers, office buildings including Wells Fargo Building in Tarzana and the 12 story Korea office center in Los Angeles.
Fred joined Rodeo Realty in Woodland Hills from 2003 till 2021. Fred continued his real estate success by listing and selling multi million dollars homes and investment properties. During his real estate carrier Fred listed and sold properties valued in excess of $200 Million.
In addition to his real estate education, Mr. Darwich speaks fluently several languages and has a Master degree in civil and structural engineering. This is an added benefit to his expertise in real estate.
Fred now joined Bella Vista Estate Real Estate Group as a Broker Associate and Commercial Division Manager.
