Real Estate has been his full time profession, licensed in the state of Arizona since 1979. As a native of Arizona and growing up in the Phoenix metro area, he is familiar with all areas of the valley.

Spanish was his first language, until beginning elementary school, so he is fluent in Spanish.

In the 45+ years he has been in real estate, his client base and knowledge are extensive working with first time buyers, sellers, and investors. In addition, he is a superior court special commissioner working with clients who have trouble selling their homes. He is well versed in the area of short sales, REOs, resale and new home sales having had years of experience with each area. It would be his pleasure to work with you.
