About Fred

Fred is the Man of all Seasons, and would rather be out showing property, especially home sites and acreages, than being in the office. Fred is very community minded and serves our area on several Boards of Directors, including the Ozark Health Foundation Board as President and the Petit Jean Electric Cooperative Board of Directors. Fred is an active member of Fairfield Bay Baptist Church. Fred enjoys working on their property outside of Fairfield Bay, gardening, nature-watching, hunting, and hiking. Fred and his wife have lived in the area and loved the resort lifestyle since 1985 when Fred came as the Tennis Director. He served in that capacity for 13 years before being “pressed into service” with the agency! He jokes that his job is “to take out the trash and put-up signs”! But don’t be fooled by that… he loves helping people to learn about Fairfield Bay and to find the right property to fit their needs without high-pressured salesmanship.
