Since earning his DC Associate Broker license in 1993, Fred has been a trusted figure in the industry, now serving as the Vice President of Compliance and Education at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty (TTRSIR).
As VP, Fred coordinates high-impact educational sessions for TTRSIR's team, covering vital topics like real estate contracts, buyer-seller relations, social media, and technology. He is a go-to resource for over 500 associates, providing real-time guidance on all things real estate. Known for his calm, supportive demeanor, Fred is a patient listener with a commitment to integrity that inspires confidence. Fred has been an active leader in the DC Association of REALTORS® (DCAR) and Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR) since his first year as an agent. He served on both organizations’ Boards of Directors for two terms and contributed to the Metropolitan Regional Information System (MRIS) Compliance Committee—now Bright MLS—for nearly 20 years. His past roles also include committee service with the NAR Multiple Listing Issues and Policies Committee, GCAAR Professional Standards and Grievance Committees, GCAAR DEI and Professional Development Committees, and WDCAR MLS Committee.
