As VP, Fred coordinates high-impact educational sessions for TTRSIR's team, covering vital topics like real estate contracts, buyer-seller relations, social media, and technology. He is a go-to resource for over 500 associates, providing real-time guidance on all things real estate. Fred has been an active leader in the DC Association of REALTORS® (DCAR) and Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR) since his first year as an agent. He served on both organizations’ Boards of Directors for two terms and contributed to the Metropolitan Regional Information System (MRIS) Compliance Committee—now Bright MLS—for nearly 20 years.
