We worked with Fred for several months as we searched for our home. As first time homebuyers, we had SO many questions and concerns when it came to finding our first home and Fred was such a wonderful partner! He answered all of our questions, no matter how dumb they may have been, and worked with us and the banks to find us the best possible option. He was amazing! We moved from out of state so it was difficult for us to see any properties. He would go and video call us so that we could see them. He answered any questions we had and didn't hesitate with our last minute requests! Highly recommend!!!

Fred did a great job. He made suggestions in regards to what we were looking for, but was never trying to push anything.
Mr. Newman always returned calls and was eager to give or find the answer to any of our questions.
This was our first home buying experience. I honestly believed getting involved with a realtor would be equivalent to stepping foot on a car lot and having to deal with the salesman that is making you want to push him face first into a bumper…….. my experience was not that way.
Don’t know how others do their job, but I got no complaints regarding Fred Newman
