Fred Tregaskis

Fred Tregaskis has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, serving clients worldwide. He grew up in upstate New York, where he developed a love of the outdoors. Fred enjoyed working on farms, which shaped his work ethic and helped him find jobs working in vineyards while at college pursuing a degree in fine art.

For many years, he was an artist exhibiting in galleries nationwide. He also designed and built his own home, furniture, and several wooden boats.
Because of his vineyard experience, he was offered a post as a wine taster and critic for a national wine magazine. For 20 years he was a host of “A Moment in Wine”, a wine-tasting show on National Public Radio.

Fred founded Summit Wine Cellars, where he designed and built wine cellars for high-end restaurants and homes worldwide. Meanwhile, he invested in real estate, remodeling and selling homes and commercial properties.

He continues to provide his clients with the best possible service, from finding the perfect property to negotiating a price, to ensuring a smooth closing.
