Freddy Gamboa

Freddy Gamboa is the Branch Manager at the Downey Realty One Group United. He has been in the Real Estate business for over two decades. Although Real Estate was never part of his original plans, it happened on a day that his brother asked him join him to work in real estate sales. It was there where he quickly found a passion and talent for helping people to accomplish the goal of owning their dream home. Freddy started working for his brother in 1999 at the Mulhearn Realtors, Norwalk branch office. He has exhibited pride and dedication for his business and client satisfaction over the years. Freddy’s other passion has been helping elevate his fellow agents. He developed a need to do more, but it was in 2014 when the first opportunity knocked at his door. When he was offered a position as assistant manager for Coldwell Banker in the City of Industry. He accepted the additional role and help build a strong successful office culture, raise office production and establishing rapport with the agents in his office. His efficiency, eagerness and devotion to grow and develop his real estate administrative skills became his top priority. In 2015, Freddy attended Realogy Ascend - The Executive Leadership Experience at Realogy Headquarters in New Jersey. Where he learned that you need to lead yourself before trying to lead others. In addition, Freddy became a California Association of Realtors Zipform Certified Trainer. When Freddy is not spending time with his family or engaged in outdoor activities. He enjoys flying and this has made his next life goal to get his private flying license so he can fly cross country.
