Frederic Greene, or "Rick" as he is known by his family, friends, and colleagues, has been a licensed real estate professional since 2001 and is currently a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker.
Rick is a lifelong resident of Queens. He is a graduate of Jamaica High School and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The State University of New York at Binghamton. Rick has gained extensive management and sales experience since his graduation from SUNY Binghamton in 1986. He has held management and sales positions in the fields of telecommunications and industrial packaging prior to his becoming a licensed real estate
professional in New York. Rick obtained his real estate salesperson’s license in September of 2001 and his associate broker’s license in January of 2007.
Through his many real estate transactions Rick has gained the expertise and professionalism to guide both sellers and buyers through the home selling process. Rick's commitment to his profession extends to his involvement in his trade organization, the Long Island Board of Realtors®(LIBOR). He has just served as Vice President of LIBOR for Queens for the years 2020 and 2021. He is a Past President of the Northeast Queens Chapter of LIBOR. He is now and has been a member of LIBOR's Board of Directors, a position he was elected to for three consecutive terms, and is a current member of the LIBOR Government Affairs Queens Committee. Rick also currently represents LIBOR as a member of the New York State Association of Realtors® Boards of Directors.
