Frieda was a wonderful partner in selling my home. I ran across her when I was seriously considering selling with one of those We Buy Houses companies. I was actually set to sign the paperwork when I reached out to Frieda to see what I would need to do to outright sell my home. I knew it needed a lot of work and I did not have funds to put into it. I told her I wasn't trying to make any profit. I just wanted to come out debt free. Frieda offered me a market analysis and gave her recommendations on the necessary work and the not so necessary as well as what buyers would be looking at. Then she allowed me to make my decision with no pressure. I am so glad I chose to work with her. I had three offers on my house within hours of its listing. I NEVER would have thought that was going to happen. We closed on the sale of my home earlier this month. I am so relieved to have come out without foreclosing or owing the bank anything. Every step of the way, Frieda was there to provide me her professional insight and then she stepped back because ultimately I was in charge. I would highly recommend Frieda Weeden and will use her again myself when the time comes.
