As a first time home buyer, you go into the market with a lot of questions, concerns, and worries. Fritz from Hale Properties was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was always willing to answer questions, change around the schedule so we could see as many homes as possible, and provide an expert opinion on on the homes we were seeing to make sure our new home would really work for us and be something we would want to spend the next 30 years in.

We started our first home search back in January of this year (2022). Fritz from Hale Properties was the number one relator recommended to us by our mortgage broker, Joe Decker, who my family had worked with and had great experiences buying homes with over the past few years. Fritz was easy to connect with and was as eager and excited for our home search as we were. We were very aggressive in our home search, seeing homes all over the northwest metro, sometimes multiple times a week. Fritz and Rocky always made us feel comfortable looking at homes, and really made an effort to help us assess and determine which houses were worth perusing.

Overall this team of realtors is one I would recommend to anyone looking for a home in todays crazy market. They helped us keep a positive outlook during our search, provided us with great insight and education throughout the home buying process, and really helped us find a home that fit our needs/wants. We couldn't be happier.

Fritz with Hale Properties, Inc. did a wonderful job helping us sell our former home and buy our new one! I really liked that he recommended a “coming soon” posting for the house we were selling as we had 11 showings lined up the day our house hit the market, along with multiple showings over the next few days! Plus, we received a solid offer very quickly! His photographer did a wonderful job as well.

On the buying side, we were able to view and compare multiple houses. Fritz provided good input on the prices, and when we found the one we wanted, we were able to make the right offer and get it! Our closings also went smoothly. Thanks, Fritz!
