10/10 Experience! Gabe’s knowledge and expertise made our entire home buying process from start-to-finish very smooth, straightforward and easy to understand. Personally, before we began searching for a house, we sat down and spent a great amount of time breaking down numbers, finances, going into detail of understanding every cost to be expected during this process, and seeing what we would be able to afford directly based on our specific budget. The amount of time and care Gabe gave to explaining and showing the financial side of what we would be getting into definitely made us feel a whole lot more secure and confidant in our ability to purchase house, especially during a time when the economy is going through intense inflation.

Overall, a fantastic experience!

Gabe was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to find us more than one property for viewing according to our budget, location and what we wanted in the area around our home. He provided us with an app that allowed us to view homes as they became available on the market. On many occasions he was able to schedule a viewing on the same day we will contact him.
