Gabriel Davenport

Gabriel Davenport is an Office asset specialist for Marcus & Millichap's Tampa, FL office. As an office investment Associate, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties in the Southwestern region of Florida, with an emphasis on the Sarasota-Bradenton MSA. Being an IMG Academy alumnus, Gabe has seen the transformation of the area over the last two decades and has a firm grasp on the future of the community's infrastructure. His familiarity with the region allows him to properly advise his clients on the path of progress and upcoming planned developments.

After playing baseball at The University of Tampa and Oglethorpe University, Gabe began his career in Real Estate in Atlanta, GA. Specializing in new construction projects under the state's top firm, he quickly amassed a passion for development and continues to track major developments throughout the Southeastern region of the United States. Being an investment owner himself, Gabe advises his clients on their assets as if they were his own.
