Gabe was absolutely amazing. He helped my husband and I buy our first rental property earlier this year which I honestly never thought we’d pull off in this market. Once we closed on the rental it was time for us to find somewhere to live! Lol We had some pretty specific criteria for a house that would work for our whole family. Gabe found us the perfect place that we are LOVING but he has also become like family to us. He is knowledgeable, warm, funny, and will go to bat for you to get you what you deserve. I can’t begin to explain how integral he was in us getting to this point. He even had recommendations for a wonderful team from inspectors to financing that I hope to maintain relationships with. Hire him and don’t look back. Once we’re ready for another rental I know Gabe will be my first call.

We worked with Gabriel and his team for the sale of our Chicago home and purchase of our suburban home. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He is cool, calm, collected and always looked out for us during the process. It felt very rewarding to know we had more than one person in his group that we could work with through out the tough process of selling and buying.
