A relative asked me for help to sell their house in Chula Vista, San Diego. I am a Realtor who have been working in the Los Angeles Area for the last 30 years After checking the market situation in that area and finding out who are the agents selling successfully similar properties, i identified a few good agents. I decided Gaby Barreiro who could best handle the task. She is bilingual with excellent communication skills. Fortunately she is also with Coldwell Banker Office which is the most dominant Brokerage in the Area.
As soon as I gave the referral to Gaby, she wasted no time.
She listed the house in three days and after doing all the exposures and the open house, she got a couple of offers and SOLD it to one with an offer very close to the asking price. She made herself available to me and the Sellers all the way through the escrow until it close. I could not ask for anything who could handle that better. Great Job. I would be very happy to work with Gaby again anytime.
That same property in Sutter Ridge Court has been listed with two other Agents in the Area for about the same price for the past six months without selling it before Gaby listed it and sold.

The process of buying a home is not easy but people like Gaby definitely make the experience extremely less stressful than what it truly is. Im here writing a review about an agent that I did not personally select myself. My agent and loan officer couldnt stop complimenting about how wonderful it was to work with the selling agent. Gaby was dealt a difficult situation with her sellers but nonetheless remained professional and was one of the reasons why our 17 day close was possible. When asked how the selling was doing, I was advised that she was “oh yea she is definitely on it.” Its hard to find people with outstanding work ethic nowadays but Gaby Barreiro is definitely one of them. Highly recommended.
