Since it has always been Gabi Fussell’s passion to travel around the world and explore diverse cultures and traditions, it is by no accident that she graduated with two Masters in Languages (English and French) and a B.A. in European Studies. After many years of traveling, she decided to settle down in Jacksonville, Florida since she felt an instant connection with the Floridians and their lifestyle. She has lived in Jacksonville since 2001 and got to experience firsthand the many different neighborhoods that this city has to offer. Gabi has decided to dedicate her life to Real Estate as she has always been around residential and commercial construction sites ever since she was a child in Hungary, thanks to her father's engineering business. Her goal is to put you and your family's needs first and help you to be an active part of the whole transaction by educating you about the entire home buying and selling process. Her philosophy is that the more prepared you are at the beginning of the transaction, the fewer "surprises" you will encounter during the buying and selling process. Buying or selling a home could be the most significant investment in your life and that is why you need an experienced Realtor on your side who has the "know how" of the industry as well as the people skills to ensure a smooth sailing towards the closing. Gabi has been involved in several hundred real estate transactions and she invests a lot of time in her Real Estate education. She is a student for life. She is also a Graduate of Real Estate Institute and a Certified Distressed Property Expert, so she has an extensive knowledge of the (pre)foreclosure and short sale market as well as 1031 exchanges. Gabi’s goal is simple: She wants to help you get the best possible deal with the least amount of stress.
